I am 20 years old boy. I am emotionally weak, frightened and too much sensitive. I fell in love with a girl but she said that she doesn't want to talk to me. This incident hurt me very much. Like most of us you are sensitive to rejection. You need to meet with a counselor and get some training on handling emotions. The key to handling emotions is to be able to express them appropriately. All feelings are good but the problem with many of us is that we do not deal with them properly. You cannot be free of emotions at any time in your life. It is part and parcel of our lives. In fact if you do not feel some emotions, then there is something wrong with that. The counselor will teach you to express feelings in sensible and cathartic ways.
