Whenever I speak loud or talk continuously for few minutes my throat pains. Also I feel excessive thirst. Every time I feel my throat is dry even after drinking water. I wake up in panic at night for water. If I have not drunk water for 20-30 minutes I feel dizziness. Also after sexual intercourse I feel excessive thirst after 2-3 hours. Please help!
