I'm 20, 170 cm, 57 kg. I would like to ask you something regarding my symptoms and also test results. For nearly a month now, I felt quite dizzy. My period was late for a week, so I went to my gynecologist for beta hcg test on 4.1.2021. It came negative. My dizziness started 1 day before my period finally came - on 5.1.2021. I started feeling dizzy and since i'm treated with hypothyroidism, I went to my endocrinologist on 7.1.2021 for t3 and t4 levels- all good. So I measured my blood pressure and it was around 90/45. I've kept measuring it every day and the top was only about 97/62, the lowest would get was 85/44. To describe this dizzy feeling, it's more like as if I was moving forward and backward, but in reality i'm not. When I focus on some object, everything is fine. So on 26.1.2021, I went to my g. P. And she had done blood test on these parameters: ery, leu, thrombocytes, hgb, hct, glucose, k, na, fe, ca, crp, alt, ast, crea and ferritin. All came back normal except for ferritin - it was 19 pmol/l. My doctor said my symptoms would be due to that, but i'm still very paranoid since it's not that significant "lost" on that level. One year ago i've had similar problems, I was weak and pale and they found out I had lower fe, but I didn't feel that dizzy. They had also done mri of brain last year (around 5.3.2020) to rule out multiple sclerosis and it came back clear. Do you think all my symptoms would be only due to my ferritin and there isn't another, maybe neurological, culprit? Thank you very much.
