Hypertension - How To Administer It?

Hypertension - How To Administer It?
Hypertension, which is also known as High Blood Pressure is a prominent factor that is responsible for the development of many serious health issues like cardiac disorder, chronic kidney diseases, vision loss and stroke. The dominant causes of hypertension include troubled lifestyle style, genetics, environmental factors and internal imbalances. You cannot possibly control the chances of suffering from hypertension but you can always prevent and minimize the risk of the problems that are associated with hypertension.

The following are some lifestyle tips that can help you to manage and minimize the risk of developing hypertension:

Maintain a healthy body weight: Weight plays a crucial role in the prevention of hypertension. People who are obese run the risk of developing hypertension. It is advisable to lose excessive body fat to maintain an ideal body weight. A well maintained body weight minimizes the risk of hypertension.

Eat a healthy and balanced diet: Unhealthy food intake is a primary factor that causes hypertension. Eating a healthy and balanced diet enables you to manage your blood pressure effectively. Incorporate plenty of fresh fruits and leafy vegetables, especially the ones rich in potassium. Limit excess intake of calories, sugar and fat as they tend to increase the risk of hypertension.

Reduce consumption of salt: Higher sodium intake increases your blood pressure level. Avoid high-sodium processed and packaged foods as they are high in sodium content. A low-sodium diet enables you to keep your blood pressure normal.

Exercise regularly: An active lifestyle is known to lower the risk of hypertension. Make sure to indulge yourself into some physical activities on a daily basis.

Limit the alcohol intake: Excessive intake of alcohol can raise your blood pressure level. Limit your alcohol consumption to minimize the chances of hypertension.

Monitor your blood pressure: Monitor your blood sugar level on a regular basis. Hypertension usually does not show any symptoms. If your blood pressure ranges between 120-139/80-89 millimeters of mercury it is an indication that you run a higher risk of developing hypertension. A raise in blood pressure demands moderation of lifestyle practices and controlled food intake.

Manage stress level: Excessive stress and anxiety is not good for your blood pressure. Severe stress is known to shoot up your blood pressure level which leads to development of many other health related complications including improper functioning of crucial organs like heart and kidney.

1st you need to understand hypertension. Blood pressure keeps fluctuating in everyone depending upon our physical & psychological stress levels.(bp sabh mein upar neeche hote rehta hai. Stress mein jyada aur rest mein kam hota hai ). Normal range of blood pressure is between 90/60 to 140/90 & blood pressure keeps fluctuating in every one. In stress it rises & while resting it decreases. If it is constantly higher then 130/80 & does not decrease by resting it's then called hypertension. You need to take a digital bp machine & keep a bp record (digital bp machine le lo.(see my video on how to use it properly. Aur khud ka bp check karo. .check it daily for at least one week & every time you need to measure bp twice or thrice with a gap of 15 mins rest & note down the lowest reading. We need to know how low your blood pressure can go by just resting. If your blood pressure does not become normal by resting then you will need for the revaluation and medication. (har 15 -15 min k baad. Aur note karo bp aaram karne se kamm hota hai ya nhi. Ager aaram karne se bp normal ho jata hai to apko bp ki bimari nhi hai. Sirf stress hai. Aur.jinka bp continuously lagatar high rehta hai unko dawa chalu karne ya badhane aur tests ki jaroorat hoti hai.) you need to first understand few things about blood pressure. Many factors can affect blood pressure, including: 1) the amount of water and salt you have in your body 2) 2) the condition of your kidneys, nervous system, or blood vessels 3) 3) your hormone levels 4) 4) your lifestyle - smoking, drinking, exercise 5) stress, less sleep, smoking, alcohol, overweight, heart, kidney problems, lack of physical exercise. All of these can cause high blood pressure. 6) you are more likely to be told your blood pressure is too high as you get older. This is because your blood vessels become stiffer as you age. When that happens, your blood pressure goes up. 7) highblood pressure increases your chance of having a stroke, heart attack, heart failure, kidney disease, or early death. So my advice to you would be 1) basic tests should be one to rule out cardiac / kidney issues & find if there is any treatable cause of high blood pressure 2) unless any recent evaluation has been done I would advice these test ecg echo lipid profile tsh kft renal doppler fundoscopy vit d vit b12 get back to me with a detailed history and old / new records for now keep taking the same medicines which you are taking (if you are taking ).plus start lifestyle changes & diet changes emphasizes vegetables, fruits, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products. Includes whole grains, fish, poultry, beans, seeds, nuts, and vegetable oils. Limits sodium, sweets, sugary beverages, and red meats. Along with this, other lifestyle changes can help lower your blood pressure. They include staying at a healthy weight, exercising, and not smoking.

Can I take belladonna 200x for high bp? This just started. How many times and how many drops can I take?

Can I take belladonna 200x for high bp? This just started. How many times and how many drops can I take?
Belladona 200 medicine is not for hypertension exclusively and not suitable for everyone. Homoeopathic medicine don't work this way. Homoeopathic medicine should be choosen on base of physical and mental constitution. So medicine differs person to person. Hypertension can be due to stress, strong emotions like fear, due. To heat wave, due to fear or fright. So medicine also changes as per causative factor. So better take homeopathic treatment under physician's assistant. You can consult me at Lybrate for homeopathic treatment and further guidance. Till than reduce salt intake and start walking everyday.
