I have undergone a blood overall checkup yesterday and found hba1c 6.w, fasting 102, pp 98. Am already taking 500 mg sugar medicine. Should I continue. Further my hb 12.8, rbc 4, pvc 38.2, 25 hydrixyvitmd 14, psa 0.83, esr 16, cholesterol 149. Rest all are normal and they are in several pages. I am 66, taking tab for bp and .5 mg atorlip every alternate days. I an vegetarian, walking 30 min everyday. Only issue urinates 3-4 times during night, and feeling more cold compared to others. Any anaemia issue. How to overcome the above issues in order to be 100 per cent healthy.
