I am 51 y 85 kg 6.3 height. diabetic since 3 years fbs 100 pp 195 .on glykind m 1-1 walk daily 4 km drink 3 litr water .eating fruits kiwi papaya n apple daily. Not eating any sweet n sweet tea. Non alcoholic no tobacco no cigarette .also in depression since 8 y n on xet cr 25 n trika .25. Once daily .since 1 month burning sensation in feet down. Pls advise medicine.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. Your fasting glucose is well controlled but pp needs to be still less around 170 mg. No mention of hba1c%, that gives a clear idea of long term control. I also need to know dietary details & lipid profile too. The burning sensation in feet is probably due to peripheral neuropathy a complication of long standing diabetes. For controlling it aprt from strict glucose control there is a need to take drugs like pragabalin too. In this communication there is no way to recommend any medication.
