I have black dead skin buttock and few days ago a pimple appear on them, it's feel very rash and lifeless dead skin eventually turn into pimples or dark spots. That pimple is large enough I don't think it's fill with puss right now but it pain alot. How can I clean buttock just like normal help me out. I applied a ceflox-cf tube on them did it work for me? How can I remove my pimple? How should I clean my bum from black skin. Help!
