I have severe fecal impaction since last 2 weeks. I am taking cremaffin plus almost 3spoons now but only loose stools are passing. The heavy one is just stuck there, have tried enema as well. This issue is hereditary and chronic but I was able to manage with proper diet, avoiding non veg and use of laxatives. But this time it's unbearable I am having 1000 mg paracetamol after every round, my bp shoots up. I am not able to manage this. I have approach my doctor but he only stresses on using cremaffin and had advised enema, but still no success. Please advise.
