My mother who is 65 is diabetic. She had knee pain, so can't walk.Should she do any exercise, if so what? If she doesn't walk or exercise, how should she control her diabatis? Is it only medicine and food habits? If food habits, what food should she eat? She has type 2 diabatis and uses medicine and not insulin.
