I have not slept for 2 days and now my head is aching, what to do? Please helf me.

I would suggest you to- do deep breathing exercises to relieve yourself from stress. Drink plenty of liquids. Busy your self in reading books/magazines. In future- stick to a regular sleep schedule. Avoid day naps. Limit caffeine, alcohol, and tea. Stop drinking caffeinated beverages at night. Avoid late meals. Try to avoid heavy, rich foods within two hours of bed. Do regular exercise.
