Mesenteric lymphadenitis is commonly due to- Gastroenteritis, tb, pancreatitis, inflammatory intestinal conditions, cancers. To be correlated wwith clinical signs and symptoms and history.

I am diabetic and taking medication for the same. But,i observe that my pulse rate is less. Some time it is less than 55 bpm. I usually use pulse oximeter and bp monitor. I am so much worried about it.

Get ur ecg done and consult with more details. Bradycardia could be due to some medications too, hypothyroidism, high bp, stress, electrolyte imbalances etc.
