I am suffering from anxiety and insomnia. Though better with yoga and exercise but not completely cured. I started taking brahmi tablet (only half) at night for better sleep. I do get better sleep but my stomach is upset. It causes frequent bowel movements. Please let me know how can I deal with this side effect of brahmi. I am really calm with this tablet. And feel soon I will be recovered along with yoga. Please help.

For better sleep, you can follow sleep hygiene steps- avoid tea, coffee in the evening or night. Go to sleep after 2 hours from dinner. Avoid using gadgets like tv, mobile, laptop one hour before going to sleep.
