I am 33 years old men and working as computer programmer. On 12th march 2020 suddenly I felt dizzy. Since then I have been feeling dizzy almost all the time. Sometime dizziness increased and feeling I am going to collapse. I became anxious few times and felt suffocation. I think I am breathing but not getting enough oxygen and it lasts around 2 to 3 minutes. I have experienced chest pains for a very short time and in very small amounts, but I have been experiencing occasional mild chest pains for last three to four days. The left hand also has some pain in different places but very rarely. This has never happened before, but just below the right shoulder blade there is a tingling sensation and it has been there for a long time. I developed a hole in my right ear drum since I was little, the doctor said I need surgery. I don't understand the reason for constant dizziness. I have done tests for blood pressure, blood sugar and oxygen level several times, the report was correct. Checked cholesterol and sgpt on 22nd june 2020, reports are as follows: alt (sgpt) - 41 u/l total cholesterol - 185 mg/dl hdl cholesterol - 48 mg/dl ldl cholesterol - 83 mg/dl triglycerides - 272 mg/dl non-hdl cholesterol - 137 mg/dl my eyes used to be clear in color but now the color of my eyes has become pale and some of the blood veins have become visible.

your triglycerides is high. What r other symptoms that you r experiencing? By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?How is your appetite?R you constipated or having loose stools? Is there stiffness also? Any problem in urine?It can be because of cervical and gas or acidity or indigestion, gastritis, gerd, diarrhoea, constipation, ibs etc but I need details of the case. Do an x-ray of cervical spines. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. (preferably within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of plain water first thing in the morning 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit (eat whole fruit not juice), a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 11. Take 1tsp of ghee in bfast, lunch n dinner. Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, swimming, gym etc. Till lock down do suryanamaskar.

Difficult to explain series of these complaints. Even an ear peroration can be a cause dizziness. All basic tests seem to have been carried out. I can only suggest 1. Proper eye examination by eye specialist and his advise on your computer work. 2. Proper clinical examination by a reputed consulting physician - internal medicine. If nothing comes out a consultation with a neurophysician in continuation of all findins of physician. Even then if nothing comes out, continue regular follow up with same doctors periodically. Focus on healthy life style, proper light exercise like walking for 40 minutes daily and relaxing techniques like yoga etc.
