You do not need any medicine for cholesterol which is mildly high and can be controlled easily with diet control and regular exercise. Avoid saturated fats and red meat. Exercise regularly, maintain ideal weight for your height.

Mr Umesh Nishad, Thanks for the query. From the gven information it is not clear whether you hypothyroidism is in check or not. Because no TSH value is mentioned. In improperly controlled hypothyroidism lipid profile is disturbed. So it is likely that you TSH is not in proper control. So please check that and see if it is around 3 to 4 mU/L or not. As regards your lipids particularly LDL is high and HDL is low. Rest are of not that consequence. Thanks.
