I am 50 years old female. Known case of rheumatoid arthritis and diabetes under treatment. Also bp 160/88 average. I gets pain in my left upper arm sometimes since a month. Where as my 2d echo done on 26th July 19 shows normal reports. I had history of femur fracture which was operated on 27th July 19. So since then I have been resting in bed very much ,so I had doubt is this pain because of may be sleeping on left side or is it any cardiac indication?
