I am sugar and bp patient with high cholesterol having medicine glimisave m4forte telistamt50 rojavel 10 and pevesca plus sugar medicine two time rest of single time. now, I have lower back pain which is diagnose as l4l5 disc problem in march due to this numbness in both feet and pain. I get ayurvedic medicine silicea 2 tablet two times guggulu chaand ashwagandha brahmi one tablet two time not get good result. what can I do?
