Hello, diet is not a good source if vitamin d. You could take supplements of vitamin d aftr talking to a doctor or get regular sunlight exposure of atleast 30 minutes between 10 am to 3 pm. There are no specific foods for joint pains but if you have troublesome joint pains do discuss with an orthopedician or rheumatologist.
