I purchased nestle diabetic resource, but don't know the doses. I am male 55 years age and diabetic. Please tell me doses of this product.

According to ayurveda, there are two types- one is sadha (treatable) and second one is yapya (treatable with medication). You have to maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle. Walk around 40 min to one hour daily. Avoid sweety sugary items. Avoid curd which is said to be one of the reasons for diabetes. Avoid alcohol & non-veg diet. Many herbs like fenugreek, curcumin, gurmar have anti-diabetic effects & can repair and revitalize beta cells of pancreas. For foot infection wash it daily with triphala decoction. Take care.
