I am 49 years old. I have been experiencing cramps in both my arms through out the day for the last one year. Of late I am experiencing pain in my right chest and near the armpit with cramps in my right hand. Shifting to my left chest and heart and left hand. I am also suffering from shortness of breath, dizziness, sudden head spin. I had undergone egg and echo suggesting a minor heart valve blockage. I am an asthma patient from the age of nine. Kindly suggest an immediate remedy.
