My wife having thyroid test and t3 and t4 very normal but tsh level is very high about 9 points should she start to use medicine for thyroid immediately or wait for some months and try for yoga and walking like activities? Some people said if you start thyroid medicine then you have to eat this for your whole life so she is afraid of this. Kindly suggest.
