I have cervical spondylitis from 10 years, because of pain I couldn't sleep in any direction except on stomach, but now from last 2 years in night my sleep will break suddenly, and I will realise that my little fingers are not working, after sitting for 5-6 seconds they will start working. From last 2 years I am using cervical pillow and only sleeping on back side that has reduced my cervical pain so much, but still the never will compress (not everyday). Since I am sleeping only on my back from 2 years now i'm getting pain on lower back also and little compression in right leg nerve. I have already visited orthopaedic and neurologist but no benefits. Don't know what to do now. I'm planning to visit chiropractor, is it safe? I heard we can get paralysis also because of chiropractics.
