Hi, I am a 48 years old woman with high creatinine of 8.4 and high blood pressure and gfr is 5.05. Please suggest if it is possible to get cured without dialysis or transplant?

No it's not possible. You have to opt for either dialysis or transplant. Moreover, you better consult a nephrologist for further evaluation if dialysis is needed urgently or can be delayed for further.
