I am aged 56 and having type-ii diabetes for the past 5 years. Taking glyred m80 and glitaris 7.5 tablets as prescribed by doctor. My sugar levels two hours after taking meals are high as 250. How to reduce?

Your current drug regimen needs to be adjusted as these medicines aren't controlling sugar levels. Kindly stick to the diabetic diet and exercise regularly.
Thanks for query did you check years fasting value. If years fasting value is high and a difference in fasting and post-meal is up to 70 in that case correction of fasting is the first priority. If fasting is within targets like 100 around and posts meal is high means difference is high then you need to check the diet of that meal if carbs more than reduce carb. And can start voglibose but one reading never decides the treatment. Check. Fasting 2 hr after a major meal make a chart for 15 days. Share to me. You can connect to me with all years reports and sugar chart.
