Please explain your symptoms in detail. Do you suffer from burning in chest and pain in stomach? Is it before eating food or after eating food? If you are getting pain or burning after lying down then you should not sleep immediately after eating food. There must be a gap of atleast 1 hour after eating food and going to sleep. Also, you should walk slowly for 10 to 15 minutes after eating food to help digestion. Avoid eating spicy, oily, pungent and heavy food at night. Drink some water only after 30 minutes after eating food at night. For detailed consultation you can book a telephonic appointment. Wish you all the best!
