Get your thyroid profile, cbc, lft, kft, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of mixed dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit (eat whole fruit not juice), a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, swimming, gym etc. For more details, you can consult me.

My cbc report found 42 percent of lymphocytes. Both my palms stay warm. Body temperature also increases and climbs. Sometimes cold and sometimes hot. I have pain in my underarm for 3 months. Is this a sign of cancer?

No, your lymphocytes are more or less normal. Normal range of lymphocytes-- (20–40%). Check your body temperature with a thermometer. Note it down for a few days.

Every morning I face back pain stiffness and muscles pain. At the same feeling heat in my body. But my temperature is always in between 98.3 to 98.8. symptoms come and go. It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain with your doctor.This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain.

What is his age? Since when is he having this? What are other symptoms that he is experiencing? By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For this you should rule out thyroid first by going for thyroid profile test. Revert reports to me then. Its not usual.

You need to check your body temperature with the help of thermometer. Sometimes our skin feels warm or cold when actually body temperature is normal. So check your body temperature.

The natural solution to reduce the amount of extra heat from our body is only drinking water, eating fruits and check your thyroid status. If all these are normal, the feeling of heat in unreal or anxiety and the feeling of body heat is always misleading and false idea spread by people.

Dear Lybrate User, - the most important thing is to avoid direct exposure to sunlight for long & to be sufficiently hydrated - avoid moving in the su after 10-10.30 am till evening - carry a water bottle & keep sipping water throughout the day, also have fresh fruit juice /coconut water, avoid more than a cup of tea, coffee per day as it can lead to fluid loss - wear loose, light coloured cotton clothes to reduce sweating - try to be under fan to cool the body by sweat evaporation.
