Hi. I'm just curious for a clarification. For personal reasons I don't want to take nsaids [seeing heart attack and stroke stuff triggers my diagnosed anxiety.] when I have pain, I take equate acetaminophen. I can't find anything saying it contains or is an nsaid, but, not finding the information just itches my anxiety more. So in short, is there any nsaid is [equate] acetaminophen? Thank you.

Yes and frequent use of it can harm your internal organs. The condition you have described is probably panic disorder and there are less harmful medications, relaxation exercises and behavior therapy available.

Acetaminophen is a nsaid and is regularly and abundantly used as a pain reliever, be it toothache or headaches. Long term or chronic use of nsaids can lead to stomach ulcers ,gi irritation and increased risk for stroke or heart attack. But I would deem it safe for occasional use as pain reliever. Hope this helps.
