I am 29 years men I am suffering from cold and sneezing. I'm using citizen tablets till last month but now it will not controlled by that tablet so now i'm using lelet-m. Let me know how its control permanently.

Dear Lybrateuser, -Your problem could be due to allergy or chronic rhinitis or sinusitis -get x-ray paranasal sinuses done to know the cause - have more of warm fluids including water, tea, coffee, soup, avoid all cold fluids -avoid dust, smoke & AC environment - consult an ent specialist for proper medication.

Repetition of cold and sneezing causes low immunity level or allergy or sinusitis is mainly seen so please find out the causes, you comes to the ayurveda to cure for permanent problem, you start taking dryfruits, ginger, garlic. Brocolli green tea, papaya, pinch of haldi with milk, so it boost your immunity, take proper sleep, avoid smoking ,drink plenty of water etc can consult to me for treatment.
