Hello Dr, my height is 5'4" and my weight is 70 kgs. As I am overweight I started walking and running in the morning to loose weight and yoga afterwards. But whenever I start walking after only 1000 steps my shin bone starts paining hard. I become unable to bring pace in my walking. And because of that I have to walk slowly which leaves no impact on my body. What should I do?
