Hi, I am 43 year old, I have not any diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol in normal, family history of heart attack at 35 year, should I take medication of satin?,

Probably avoid statins at present. Improve your diet. Avoid sugar jaggery and reduce starchy foods. Increase traditional health foods like yoghurt cheese nuts vegetables eggs etc.
