lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. When hypothyroidism is well controlled with TSH between 3 to 4 mU/L, all the symptoms are in check. At this level your efforts to reduce weight do become fruitful. As regards becoming pregnant again, it is quite possible. But it is necessary to maintain TSH < 2 mU/l for conception and through out the gestation period TSH has to be maintained between 2 to 3 mU/L, preferably around 2 mU/L. This ensures healthy growth of the fetus plus expected good outcome of the pregnancy. If you have any questions please do come back.
