Hlw sir I am a diabetic patient with BP and gas. I am taking metformin 500 sr with vitalgram for diabetic and tazloc CT 40 for BP and rabemac DSR for gas. Sometimes my chest pains for few times and slowly down to comfort. I have fear with heart problems but I have tested and there is no heart weak even it is a fear to me. Thinking so I have suffered in Psychiatric and consult a doctor. Now these problems are continuing. Kindly give me positive solutions.

Chances of Ischemic heart problems like angina & heart attack are more prevalent in those who have diabetes and hypertension simultaneously. Hence it is desired to undergo tests like stress thalium or stress echocardiography and if it comes out as negative for reversible ischemia then one should not think so much so that he has to take psychiatric help. One has to develop positive attitude in life for every thing so that these type of thoughts will not dominate you. Avoid thinking too much.
