Hello sir I'm 37 years old i have Hypothyroidism for which I take Eltroxin 75 mcg these days I usually I feel hungry soon & my hands get bit shivering do my insulin levels is not balanced because if I eat something after sometime it get normal I don't have any other diseases please suggest any honeremedy because some one suggests to take cinnamon with honey every day is it OK.
