I'm trying to loose my weight. Have started my daily routine like this. Early morning empty stomach lemon and honey luke warm water a glass, brisk walking 1 hrs, breakfast brown Floor roti with honey, mid day 10 am Tea one plate without Sugar, lunch at 1: 45 on 2 roti with veg, 3 pm some handful nuts, 4 pm Tea without Sugar one plate, 6 pm some diet marie biscuits 3 pcs, dinner at 8 pm two roti with chicken curry and at 9: 30 pm pepper boat juice of glass and by 10: 30 pm I sleep and wake-up by 5: 30 am. Please advice Will this really help me.
