Weight loss is 30% exercise & 70% food. Even if you do entire 30% right, weight loss becomes difficult if remaining 70% is not corrected. First thing that you need to totally avoid is packed and processed food - like all kinds of biscuits & breads, salty snacks, refined flour (maida) foods like Indian sweets & white sugar. Use healthier alternative like nuts and dried fruits, jaggery sweets etc. Rice is limited quantity is fine. Go for brown/red rice. But take more curries, veggies & salads with rice & wheat based food. All the best.
