Hello, Is there any relevancy of morning walk with blood pressure? My BP was 150/100 for the last 30 years and I use to take medicine also. Now I am retired and go for morning walk of around 10 km every day for the last 7 years and my BP has come down to 115/75. I don't know the reasons of my BP coming down.
