I am suffering from backache from last one month. My MRI shows problem in l4-5 (disc herniation at l4-5 level causing canal stenosis. Degenerative changes inform of disc dessication, l4-5 facet arthrosis, marginal osteophytes and marrow changes). Please advice.

Hi, You have not told your age. MRI report suggests you have a long standing problem. You will require medication and physiotherapy to reduce your pain. Depending upon the extent of compression you may require epidural injection or surgery if there is no relief.
