Hello everyone I am in army and I start suffering with the serious body weakness after 6 months harsh training (not during the harsh) but we run alot 12 km daily with weight. Body weakens got little bit skinny and slowly the problem increased like left knee lock after toilet one thing I would say I masturbate alot and my sperm got watery and everyday it leaks most of the times. Please help I am losing my confidence. Help would be appreciated.
