My age is 29 ,my weight is 53 kg, have type 1 diabetes. So how I need to improve my weight and what type of foods are to be taken, non veg is good r bad.

You can take any food which you like with certain restrictions. You can take nonveg. Monitor blood sugar ragularly. Avoid sweets, sugar,jaggery, honey,sweet fruits like banana mangoes grapes cheekoo etc.
