I am 63 male no sugar BP control by Tablet. Temsan CT 40 after break fast and Nodon 2.5 mg bed time. Taking last one year. Instead of Tenormin 25 and stamlo 2.5 mg.i want 2nd opinion Temsan and Nodon both medicine need or only Temsan tablet saficint. Please advice.

Thanks for the query. Usually if BP is well controlled with a single drug, then there is no need for additional drugs. But in your case doctor has already recommended Telmisartan, Chlotiazide and a beta blocker, means there is need for these drugs. Since no readings are mentioned, it is difficult to comment. Thanks.
