Hi , Omega-3 fatty acids are known to balance hormones and also improve insulin levels. Consume foods like fish, olive oil, avocado and nuts and seeds. Your PCOS diet should have foods with low glycemic index; and high in protein and fiber. Also a regular exercise / walk for atleast 45 min daily is advisable.
