I am 42 years suffering from depression since last 20 years currently using 50 mg paroxetine, 300 mg lamictal and 10 mg buspin for anxiety. even though moodlevel improved to 60 percent of pre depression levels, cognitive impairment specially short term memory n fast processing of brain happened at the time of depression could not improve which is hampering my working skills that require good memory n quick thought process does not improve. Please suggest any add on medication that specifically address cognitive problems mentioned above. I used to have excellent memory and quick grasping before depressive episode. Please help.
