Obsessive-compulsive disorder is very common in teenagers. But they don't know that this disorder is treatable. Mindfulness therapy is useful to reduce this trouble. 

My doctor prescribed nexpro 40 rd after about 6 months of using nexpro l. Since I changed to nexpro 40 rd (from nexpro l) I have many issue like constant lump in my throat, anxiety. Is it possible the change of medicine has had this effect. Please help.

Mindfulness helps to manage stress. It is a skill and can be improved by regular practice. Body scan and breath awareness meditation are tools to improve mindfulness. Changing your breathing patterns mindfully is also useful tool to change default mode of your brain.

You should brush teeth morning and night. You can relieve your stress by stretching and relaxing your muscles. It will relieve bad effects of stress on your body you can learn thinking skills to be stress free in any problem.

It is because of adrenaline rush don't be panic instead feel that you are getting exited and energize to face the challenge. Body is helping you if you are too uncomfortable and unable to do a task in hand, do deep breathing for five minutes. It will reduce your heart rate.
