I had a muscle pull at my back and left hands triceps due to that it's paining from past 3 years as well as I got muscle tear on my left shoulder and I have taken physiotherapy sessions for 3-4 months after that my shoulder pain and back pain is ok but my muscle in my left thigh starts paining after a little bit of stress as well as I can not freely move my left hand as if I give stress on that my shoulder hurts a bit so can you please suggest me what should I do? Can I start working out? Is there any problem in working out if I start from basics.
