dont stand continously change ur position.take bed rest dont lift weights dont bend frequently.do regular back strengthening exercises

Take rest .sleep on flat matreses. If does not come down go for ift and pelvic traction. Do regular back strenthening exercises.

Maintain sitting posture straight. Sit wit back support. Go for ift and u.s therapy. Apply ice for 7 min.
