I want to increase my hemoglobin, my hemoglobin is very low, and there is a lot of hard for me whole day .What should I do to increase my hemoglobin?

Green leafy vegetables are the best source of iron for improvement in Hb levels. Other food items are non vegetarian items, jaggery etc. Or else you can have iron supplement in tablet or syrup form.

What is range of your haemoglibin is important. To increase it diet can help. Like green leafy vegetables specially spinach, beetroot,tomatoes fruits like apple, pomegranate, oranges are helpful. If you are non vegetarian then include whole egg in your diet, chicken liver is helpful. Dates are also helpfull for incresing hb.
