I am 34 male. I am suffering from backache. I have problem in my spinal cord & l4, l5&s1 disc bulging. What precautions I will take? Please tell me.

You need to consult spine specialist. If the canal diameter at disc bulge level is less than 10 mm the according to your severity of symptoms you may need surgery i.e. Discectomy & decompression. But if it is >10 mm physiotherapy, exercises & precautions may give you relief from pain.
