I am of my age is 17 years old. I am a thyroid patient nd my height is4 feet 11 inch. My thyroid treatment is continuing with jiva ayurveda nd I did not take any allopathy medicine nd my report is normal after taking jiva ayurveda thyroid treatment. Last month my report is (t3-1.36,t4-8.16,tsh-3.09). Please tell me what I can do to increase height. You can tell me medicine name which increase my height.

You Have to focus toward your diet and exercise for height. Take Well Balanced, Protein source, calcium enriched diet which you can get from green leafy vegetables, Milk,milk products, Eggs,Non veg like seafoods, fish,chicken. You should do exercises like stretching, skipping,walking on toes.
