Firstly, you should learn more about Diabetes and it's management (you can use the internet to gain the knowledge so that you can decide on your own how to move on ). Moreover, it is advisable to consult a doctor personally and seek help (do not stop or change any medicine on your own as it can be unsafe ). Ofcourse, you should follow a healthy lifestyle and be disciplined (it is advisable even to people who are on medications ). Secondly, please feel free to talk to your doctor and also discuss anything that requires clarification. Thirdly, you should always go for regular health check up and investigations so that you can take the right steps at the right time. Please follow a daily exercise regime (it can be even any sports activity!). Learn yoga and pranayam which can naturally help your body to respond in a positive manner.
