I am 17 years old girl. To be honest I have never weighed myself but still I think that I am almost 90 kg. I am on a diet currently and it has been 4 days that I'm doing it but I can see no results not even a minor one. My routine is so bad and more likely "Lazy" I cannot workout for a month because my F.Sc exams are pretty near. I am really worried about my weight. I'm very obese and looks like an "aunty" Can you please provide me a diet plan. I want to lose 20 to 25 kg or even more. I want a diet plan from you with which I can lose this much weight in 3 to 5 months. I'll start walking/ jogging after my exams. For your information, from 4 days my calorie intake is pretty much low. I am taking 500 to 650 calories per day with no exercise at all. My height= 5'2 Please advise me what should I do?
