Tea shouldn't be taken with anything along and it hampers the absorption so one hour gap between tea and whatever you eat also it doesn't matter the type of tea you have. If your overall diet is not proper. A complete diet plan with any tea can be taken green tea increases your metabolism so you can have this.

Depends on your metabolism I would suggest you try warm water lemon a bit of cinnamon powder (a pinch) and then keep changing every 15 days.

It is not possible to focus on particular place You need to work on a complete lifestyle modification Start moderate physical activity Include more fruits as snack options Drink water adequately Chew food properly Include more fiber in the diet All the best.

Start weight training include proteins in your diet in the form of chicken fish eggs beans sprouts milk and milk products. Do not heavily depend on only proteins. Have a nutritious healthy meal include nuts oilseeds.

Acidity could be due to stress or meal gap Have small frequent meals Avoid taking long gaps between meals Include 2-3 fruits as snack options Start walking for 45 minutes daily Avoid caffeine Include curd buttermilk For some days avoid non vegetarian foods Chew food slowly Do no skip breakfast All the best.
